Membership Dues Structure (if paying by credit card, there is a transaction fee applied)

• Student dues $100.00 (includes up to 200 students) 

• Instructor dues $100 (per instructor)

• $100.00 Late Fee for membership postmarked after November 1st to receive full privileges.
